How It Works
Our process is designed to make requesting spare parts for mining, drilling, and industrial equipment clear and efficient.
You can submit a request using our catalog or by providing part details manually.
1. Submit a Request
You can create a request in two ways, depending on whether the part number is listed in our catalog.
Option 1 — Request via the Catalog
This is the fastest way to submit a request when the part number is available.
Step 1 — Find the required part
Use the catalog search to locate the part number you need.
Each part page includes basic reference information to help identify the correct item.
Step 2 — Add the part to your request
Click “Add to Request” and specify the required quantity.
You may include multiple part numbers in a single request.
Step 3 — Provide contact information
After adding items, open the Request page and complete the form with:
- your name
- company name
- phone number
- email address
- country and postal code
Once submitted, your request is prepared for review.
Option 2 — Request Without Using the Catalog
If a part number is not listed, you can still submit a request manually.
Option A — Add missing part details
Use the “Additional part numbers” field to provide available information, such as:
- part number
- description (if available)
- quantity
- related equipment details (model, type, serial number)
Option B — Submit a complete parts list
If you already have a prepared list, you may:
- paste the information into the “Additional Information” field, or
- attach a document (Excel, PDF, or text file)
This option is suitable when submitting multiple items or when part numbers are incomplete but equipment details are known.
2. Request Review
After submission, we review the request to ensure the information is clear and complete.
This helps avoid delays and ensures accurate processing.
3. Request Processing
Based on the provided details, the request may be shared with independent suppliers or sourcing partners that work with the relevant equipment types or brands.
We do not modify technical requirements or commercial conditions.
4. Quotation Preparation
Suppliers prepare quotations based on their availability and sourcing options.
Quotations may include:
- OEM-equivalent or compatible replacement parts
- alternative product options
- different lead times
- varying commercial terms
Availability and terms depend on the supplier and the specific request.
5. Receiving Quotation Information
Quotation details are provided using the contact information submitted in the request.
Suppliers may share pricing, lead times, and technical clarifications related to the request.
All commercial decisions remain at the discretion of the customer.
6. Selecting an Option
You may receive one or multiple offers depending on the request.
You can evaluate options based on:
- price
- lead time
- compatibility
- commercial terms
Once a suitable option is selected, further steps are handled directly with the supplier.
Summary
Our role is to simplify the process of submitting spare parts requests and ensuring they are clearly structured and properly routed.
Whether you use the catalog or provide your own list, the goal is to save time and support informed sourcing decisions.
